วันที่ 18 ก.ย. 66 ณ ห้องแถลงข่าวโรงแรม Hotel Hyundai by Lahan Ulsan เป็นงานแถลงข่าวก่อนเกมการแข่งขัน เอเอฟซี แชมเปี้ยนส์ ลีก 2023/24 กลุ่ม ไอ ระหว่างเจ้าบ้าน อุลซาน ฮุนได เอฟซี จากเกาหลีใต้ พบ บีจี ปทุม ยูไนเต็ด ตัวแทนจากประเทศไทย โดยทัพ “เดอะ แรบบิท” มี “โค้ชง้วน” สุรชัย จตุรภัทรพงศ์ และกัปตันทีม สารัช อยู่เย็น เข้าร่วมงาน โดย สุรชัย จตุรภัทรพงศ์ กล่าวถึงความพร้อมก่อนเกมที่จะถึงว่า “เกมพรุ่งนี้น่าจะเป็นเกมที่สนุกเพราะปีนี้เป็นปีที่กลับมาแข่งขันกันแบบเหย้าเยือนอย่างเต็มรูปแบบ ความเหนื่อยล้าจากการแข่งขันและการเดินทางเป็นหนึ่งในปัจจัยที่เราต้องเจอ แต่นักกีฬาของเราทุกคนมีเป้าหมาย ทุกคนมีความพร้อมที่จะลงสนาม”
ด้าน สารัช อยู่เย็น กล่าวถึงความมุ่งมั่นก่อนเกมว่า “ทุกคนรู้อยู่แล้วว่าเราอยู่ในสายที่ค่อนข้างหนัก พรุ่งนี้เราจะเจอ กับ อุลซาน ซึ่งเป็นทีมที่แข็งแกร่งทีมหนึ่งในระดับเอเชีย แต่สโมสรและนักเตะของเราก็มีเป้าหมายร่วมกันที่อยากจะผ่านเข้าสู่รอบต่อไป เพราะฉะนั้นพรุ่งนี้ก็น่าจะเป็นเกมที่สนุก และหวังว่าเราจะเริ่มต้นได้ดีในการแข่งขัน เอซีแอล ครั้งนี้ครับ”
สำหรับการแข่งขัน เอเอฟซี แชมเปี้ยนส์ ลีก 2023/24 กลุ่ม ไอ ระหว่าง อุลซาน ฮุนได เอฟซี พบ บีจี ปทุม ยูไนเต็ด จะทำการแข่งขันวันอังคารที่ 19 ก.ย. 66 เวลา 17.00 น. ตามเวลาประเทศไทย ที่สนามอุลซาน มุนซู สเตเดี้ยม ประเทศเกาหลีใต้
BG UPDATE: Sarach talks about the squad determination ahead of Ulsan Hyundai FC clash.
18 September 2023, Hotel Hyundai by Lahan Ulsan, is the pre-match post conference for the AFC Champions League 2023/24 Group I game between South Korea’s Ulsan Hyundai FC and Thailand’s BG Pathum United. Representing the Rabbits is Surachai Jaturapattarapong and club captain Sarach Yooyen.
“Tomorrow’s game is going to be an entertaining encounter especially now that we are back to the home and away format of the competition.” said Surachai Jaturapattarapong “Fatigue, from our latest match and from travelling, may play a part but all of our boys are determined and are fully fired up for tomorrow’s match.”
“Everyone is aware of the fact that we are placed in a difficult group,” said midfielder Sarach Yooyen. “Tomorrow we will face one of the leading clubs in Asian football. However, our club and players shared the same goal – that is to qualify for the next round. Looks like tomorrow’s game will be an exciting fixture. Hopefully we can get off to a good start in this year’s ACL competition.”
The AFC Champions League 2023/24 Group I game between Ulsan Hyundai FC and BG Pathum United is scheduled for 19 September 2023. The kick-off starts at 5.00 PM (Thai time) at the Ulsan Munsu Stadium.
